School Wide Volunteer Needs 

Here at Haun, we have many events that involved the whole school!  From fun community building moments like Family Picnic and Field Day, to fundraisers like Rock Hop and Book Fair/Grandparents Day. 
 

We are always in need of volunteer for these events.  Here is a snapshot of some of the volunteer needs: 

Family Game Night (fall)

• Set-up/Break-down tables
• Sell Spirit Wear
  
• Sell refreshments
• Supervise games and activities
  

Book Fair

• Decorations
• Set-up/Break down
• Cashier
• Help students find books  

Picture Day

• Walk students to and from class
• Help photographer organize students
• Gather student information

International Night

• Host a country booth: Interact with the community, display information about your country
• Student Performance: Gather a group and perform a cultural dance, act, song
• Set-up/break down

Rock Hop (spring fundraiser)

• Set-up/Break-down tables
• Decorations
• Supervise Games/Activities 
• Sell Tickets 
• Sell Refreshments 

Field Day

• Supervise game station
• Set-up/Break-down station
